Conditions générales applicables à la réservation en ligne de billets d'entrée et d'activités à pratiquer au sein du RMM (Racing Motorcycle Museum).

Les présentes conditions générales s'appliquent entre le vendeur, en tant que prestataire, et la personne qui effectue elle-même ou par l'intermédiaire d'autres personnes une réservation sur le site web du prestataire. Les conditions générales s'appliquent aux billets d'entrée ainsi qu'aux activités et services proposés à la réservation sur le présent site ou à une combinaison de ceux-ci.

1. Responsabilité du visiteur
Avant de passer une commande définitive, le visiteur doit lire et prendre connaissance des informations importantes concernant les produits/activités/services qu'il souhaite acheter ou réserver. Le visiteur est tenu de s'assurer que l'achat correspond à ses souhaits. Une fois l'achat ou la réservation effectué, le visiteur est également tenu de s'assurer que la conformité des informations figurant sur la confirmation de commande (envoyée uniquement par e-mail).

2. Billet d'entrée
Lorsque vous achetez un billet d'entrée en ligne, celui ci vous est adressé par email sous la forme d'une confirmation de commande contenant un QR-Code. Ce dernier doit alors être présenté (sous forme électronique ou papier) à votre arrivée au musée.

3. Mise en œuvre de votre commande
Une fois le paiement en ligne correctement effectué, vous recevrez un reçu par e-mail. Ce reçu contiendra tous les détails de votre achat et devra être présenté à l'accueil du musée.

La commande n'est pas finalisée et n'est pas valide dans les cas suivants :
- Le visiteur n'a pas reçu de confirmation de commande ni aucun numéro de référence.
- Si le paiement en ligne est échoue ou qu'il est annulé pour quelque raison que ce soit.
- Le paiement n'est pas exact ou complet, de sorte que le montant n'est pas débité du compte du visiteur.
Dans l'ensemble de ces cas de figure, la réservation provisoire sera annulée après un court laps de temps et la transaction sera invalidée.

4. Paiement
Nous utilisons une solution de paiement fournie par Worldline/Saferpay. Aucun tiers n'aura accès à vos informations personnelles ou à votre numéro de carte de crédit. Worldline/Saferpay utilise le protocole SSL (Secure Socket Layer) pour le transfert des informations personnelles. Le protocole SSL crée une connexion sécurisée (cryptée) entre votre ordinateur et Worldline/Saferpay. De cette manière, les informations sont transmises en toute sécurité, sans accès non autorisé.

5. Droit de rétractation
Conformément à la loi, l'achat d'un billet sur Internet n'ouvre aucun droit d'annulation ou de remboursement. Cette spécificité s'applique également aux activités et promotions qui comportent des dates fixes. En cas de maladie ou d'empechement, contactez-nous !

6. Modification des taxes
Si les taxes et les frais changent, entraînant ainsi une augmentation des coûts pour les fournisseurs après que la commande a été effectuée et payée, le prix peut alors être augmenté en conséquence. Le changement de prix doit être notifié immédiatement.
